Amit D. Hegde, P.E., PMP, MBA
Founder & Principal Advisor
With over two decades of leadership in energy and power grid infrastructure, Amit has directed complex, multidisciplinary engineering programs representing over $2 billion in capital investment.
Having navigated the friction of large-scale project delivery firsthand, he understands what high-performing engineering organizations do differently - and how to build those capabilities from the inside. His experience spans strategy, execution, and the operational discipline that separates high-performing organizations from the rest.
He founded GRIDZAI on a simple belief: that engineering organizations capable of delivering complex, high-stakes work are absolutely capable of building the business discipline to match. That potential is what this firm exists to unlock.
Jyothish Daniel
Strategic Advisor
Jyothish brings over 30 years of executive experience across general management, operations, organizational design, and strategic consulting, spanning both turnaround and high-growth environments. Through his firm, Sindan Consulting, he advises C-suite leaders across the private and nonprofit sectors, with particular expertise in organizational development & growth, manufacturing, project development, renewable energy, climate resilience and industrial operations.
Prior to Sindan Consulting, Jyothish led the turnaround and successful sale of Portadam, an infrastructure services firm, to a private-equity backed buyer. He has also held executive leadership roles at The Conti Group, General Motors, Blinds-to-Go, and Mackie Automotive.
He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
